We are two marriage and family therapists that have witnessed the lack of culturally responsive therapeutic services. Quite often there are services that are led by multilingual therapists, but more often than not are not part of the community they serve. R.I.C.E was created to fill a much needed gap of services that are informed by social justice and feminist movements and are responsive to the communities that we belong to. Our goal is to provide culturally responsive mental health services and empower our communities through the dissemination of resources that may continuously improve well-being.
